The name of the show should be taken quite literally according to the production's performers, who say guests can expect a two-hour show that will have you wanting to dance and sing along as though you were at a disco.
The show will hit the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre stage this February for fans of the 70s Swedish pop group ABBA and the iconic rock and roll band The Bee Gees, which consisted of the Gibb brothers as a three-piece, to reminisce over both of the band's greatest hits.
ABBA Re-Bjorn features artists Sarah Nichols as Agnetha, Rebecca Kinderman as Frida, Damian Wynne as Benny and Glenn Bloomfield as Bjorn.
"We can't wait," Miss Nichols said referring to the Dubbo show.
"We're looking forward to it."
ABBA Re-Bjorn is an Australian tribute act which has been showcased in over 2000 performances to sold-out audiences across the world performing some of the bands biggest songs such as Mama Mia, Dancing Queen, Stayin' Alive, Knowing me Knowing you, Massachusetts and Fernando.
Mr Wynne said his love for ABBA could very well have stemmed from when his mother would sing to him when he was a baby.
For Mr Bloomfield, performing in the ABBA Re-Bjorn production as Bjorn was just an opportunity he simply 'just couldn't pass up'.
Mr Bloomfield describes the famous duo, Bjorn and Benny, as 'some of the worlds greatest songwriters' of all time.
Mr Wynne is the link between the two shows, as he also features as Barry Gibb in The Ultimate Bee Gees on guitar and vocals along with Dana Acker as Robin Gibb and Nick Rolfe as Maurice Gibb.
The trio has presented the music of the Gibb brothers all over the world and has been performing heavily in the Sydney and Melbourne scene for the past four years.
Both shows are presented by Stella Enterprises, which is an entertainment management, production hire, vocal tuition and performance coaching business, which was formed by Mr Wynne in 2009.
The show will run at Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre on Saturday, February 27, from 8 pm to 10 pm.
Tickets are available for purchase online at drtcc.sales.ticketsearch.com, or from the theatre box office.
