The 52-year-old man was charged with mid-range PCA, driving while suspended and driving an unregistered vehicle after being stopped by NSW Police on Sunday morning.
The man was stopped on the Cobbora Road at around 9.40am on Sunday morning, where Police allege they discovered he was driving with a disqualified licence and expired vehicle registration.
He was then subjected to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result, before being conveyed to Dubbo Police Station as a result.
He was subjected to breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.135, almost three times the legal limit.
He will face Dubbo Local Court on March 10.
