Two people were transported to hospital following a two-car crash in Dubbo's CBD on Thursday afternoon, with Fire and Rescue NSW also called in to assist with a spill resulting from the accident.

Emergency services were called to the corner of Cobra Street and Hawthorn Street to respond to reports of the two-vehicle crash at 5.50pm on Thursday afternoon.
No one in either vehicle was trapped however two occupants of one the involved cars were transported to Dubbo Base Hospital for observation.
No one was critically injured, however it was noted one of those transported to hospital was suffering was NSW Ambulance officers suspected to be a broken leg.
Fire and Rescue NSW were also needed on the scene.
"A crew was called out to the accident, where two people were transported to hospital," Fire and Rescue Dubbo Station Officer Chris Cusack said.
"We were called in to assist cleaning up a minor spill from the accident, which was taken care of quickly."
