The rural community's members can also collect their mail from the bar again.
Mrs Gilmore, who runs the town's only hotel with her sisters, Tori and Georgia Lawler, reports of progress made since the storm she likened to a "mini-cyclone" caused considerable damage on December 5.
The venue on the Mitchell Highway, which she called the "hub of the area", was closed for a couple of weeks while temporary repairs were carried out.
A false wall has been installed and the entrance has moved to via the verandah "because the whole front section of the pub is still quite damaged and sectioned off", Mrs Gilmore says.
"But we're at least open, which is wonderful," she said.
"We opened for a couple of days before Christmas, just a soft opening really, we were still getting a lot of things together, but we were really excited to be able to open again so quickly really."
After losing freezers and other assets in the storm, the kitchen was operating again with about 90 per cent of the menu available, Mrs Gilmore said.
"So still some great pub classics and some of the good food we're renowned for, which is wonderful," she said.

Their patrons were also delighted to be back, and turned out to support their first event since the storm.
"We were really lucky, we had a really big Mexican fiesta party for New Year which went off really well, with lots of people here enjoying the space...," Mrs Gilmore said.
"It was great fun, obviously a little different with COVID.
"We had pretty strict number restrictions because of all the COVID restrictions in place, but we still managed to fit our capacity in, and we had cocktails and nachos and tacos, it was wonderful, a really fun night and everyone had a really great time."
Despite the progress, there is still a lot of work to be done, says the publican, who lives on site and has been able to move back in.
"Our repairs are fairly extensive so please bear with us over the next few months as things get under way," Mrs Gilmore says.
"We still recommend bookings so give us a call on 6847 6234 to make a booking and keep up to date on repair progress via our Facebook and Instagram."
