Mr Vincent will take to the Dubbo Regional Theatre stage this February and to he's excited would be an understatement.
A Tribute to Mario Lanza is a close to home show for Mr Vincent as it will see him perform songs from his most recent album of the same name, which pays homage to Mr Lanza, the late American/Italian tenor and Hollywood film star of the 1940s and 1950s.
Mr Vincent said the tribute show also marks Mr Lanza's 100th birthday.
Mr Vincent said he was inspired by his 'love and rever' for Mr Lanza in which he has had his 'entire life'.
"Now in 2021, as we observe Mario's 100th birthday, I am honoured to tour this show that celebrates his music," he said.
"From a young age I listened to Mario Lanza sing and his films have always been amongst my favourites," he said.
"The opportunity to pay tribute to Mario Lanza with my album was something truly special.'
Mr Vincent discovered Mario Lanza through the film, The Great Caruso and described the moment as having been 'awestruck'.
"Throughout the whole movie I was in awe and struck by the incredible beauty of operatic singing and the urgency and intensity of his voice," he said.
"It has been a life-long dream of mine to record an album as a tribute to an artist who was an inspiration to many modern singers including The Three Tenors, Andrea Bocelli, and even Elvis Presley.
"I am so proud to be the first Australian tenor to have recorded this album and tour this show across Australia."
Mr Vincent said he considers A Tribute to Mario Lanza to be the most important recording project of his thus far.
A Tribute to Mario Lanza contains what has been dubbed a 'groundbreaking 'virtual duet' Because You're Mine, which was done together with Mr Lanza after Mr Vincent's daughter, Ellisa Lanza Bregman, permitted the re-recording.
Mr Vincent has been singing since 15-years-old when he stepped onto the set of Australia's Got Talent and shocked the world with his voice.
