iClick2Learn, which focuses on educating and providing business skills to not-for-profits, charities and social enterprises, received awards for Best Digitial eLearning Agency for Not-for-profit Organizations and Social Enterprise of the Year.
While some of the team members work outside of Dubbo and NSW, technology has allowed the business to remain uninterrupted throughout the past year and away from the effects of COVID-19.
CEO and Founder of iClick2Learn Natalie Bramble says the process of receiving the awards was a long time coming.
"We began interviews back last year when COVID hit," Ms Bramble said.
"We actually found out we had won via email and there was obviously no ceremony this year."
After a successful 2020, Ms Bramble felt pre-planned changes to the business helped them reach new heights last year.
"We completely changed our business model which was planned to happen before COVID and now we have an online bank of learning that local governments and agencies can sign up to have access to," Ms Bramble explained.
Ms Bramble admitted that the biggest goal for 2021 was continuing the grow the business.
"Planning on growth, we have a few new ideas and we hope to continue growing our client list through the first three quarters."
