It was 31 when an alert was issued on January 5 for Orange, Nyngan and Broken Hill after they were visited by a Sydneysider carrying the virus.
A total of 2149 people have been tested in the Dubbo region in the four weeks to 8pm on Monday.

The Western NSW Local Health District's rate also climbed from 31 on January 5 to 42 on Monday night.
Data on the NSW Health website shows 12,093 people have been tested in the four-week period.
Orange's rate has surged from 49 to 79 and Broken Hill's from 33 to 77.
In Orange, 3352 people have been tested in the four weeks, likewise 1348 in Broken Hill.
