Road closures will be in place along Bligh Street over the next two months for night time works on the non-portable water cross-city pipeline. Dubbo Regional Council have advised the works will take place between 6pm and 6am from Monday through to Friday each week beginning Monday, January 11. The first stage of these works will take place on Bligh Street from the Newell Highway to Talbragar Street, beginning on Monday through to Friday. Road closures along sections of Bligh Street where works are taking place will affect surrounding streets during those hours.
