Service manager Peter English has made another appeal for volunteers to come forward and "fill gaps".
He said the COVID-19 pandemic was the "last straw" for ageing volunteers who had toiled for the not-for-profit organisation for "many, many years".

"Quite a few were in their late 70s and 80s and they just wanted to protect themselves and their families," Mr English said.
Their departure coincided with a bump in clients wanting meals delivered to their homes.
"They trusted us to keep them safe and reduce the risk to them," Mr English said.
