Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo sales and leasing consultant Daniel Wilson has revealed the outcome of the process and the next steps for the project.
He said the expressions of interest lodged with the agency by the December 17 deadline were for cafes, florists and gift shops.

Mr Wilson said there had been "a good level of local and national interest in the available spaces" in the hospital's new front of house.
The retail spaces will open on completion of any required fit-out, likely towards the middle of this year.

"There has been a very pleasing response to the request for expressions of interest for the Dubbo Hospital retail spaces," he said.
"It's an exciting opportunity as the hospital is likely to provide consistent pedestrian traffic for an operator to capitalise on, whilst offering essential services to the hospital visitors, patients and staff alike."
Mr Wilson said the expressions of interest would be assessed by the Dubbo Health Service Selection Committee.
"We would anticipate further discussions with shortlisted applicants, with a decision on the successful candidates from there," he said.
The committee would have the final say, probably towards the end of January, the consultant said.
The three retail spaces measure 31, 38 and 86 square metres.
Mr Wilson said they would provide "suitable areas for the various offerings"
"For example, a cafe is likely to need far more room and specialised services than a florist/gift shop or pharmacy," he said.
The consultant revealed the opening of the shops is not too far away.
"The retail spaces will open on completion of any required fit-out, likely towards the middle of this year," Mr Wilson said.
"There will be a minimum trading expectation in peak times for the hospital, and this will be negotiated with the successful lessees."
Input from the community and hospital staff led to the inclusion of the shops in the planning for the state government's $150 million stage three and four redevelopment of the hospital.
The new front of house is in the Macquarie Building, set to be completed later this year.
