"Thinking it's smart to be called Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse is stupid," he said on Monday.
With 15 new COVID-19 cases overnight on the northern beaches, bringing the total to 83, Mr Hazzard said the practice of giving false details has to stop.

"We have world class tracers in health but they can only do their job if we as as community give them the information that they need."
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian echoed his calls and said having the correct details is the fastest way to track people and stop community transmission.
"We do have, I believe, one of the best if not the best contact tracing teams in the world but we can't contact people whose details we don't have," she said.
Ms Berejiklian told retailers they "should not be letting anyone in your front door anywhere in NSW unless you have your systems in place".
