The official opening of the course and the new 44 space car park was held on Tuesday.
The work was funded thanks to $200,000 from the NSW government after a submission from the Titan Macquarie Mud Run and Club Dubbo was selected by the public through the My Community Project program.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
The Titan Macquarie Mud Run and Club Dubbo also added in their own financial contributions. Club Dubbo contributed $250,000 and the Mud Run added $52,000.
Dubbo Regional Council also contributed $80,000 towards the construction of the course.
Representatives from the Titan Macquarie Mud Run were the first to test out the facility, which includes a range of challenges and obstacles.
It's designed to build strength and fitness while also promoting fun.
