Business Administration student Kelsey Bax was named Trainee of the Year and Technology and Business Services Student of the Year while Tertiary Preparation student Hannah Pearson-Toll was named Career Pathways, Aboriginal Languages and Employability Skills Student of the Year, and Mudgee-based Beauty Therapy student Emma Kurtz was named Tourism and Experiences Student of the Year.
Miss Pearson-Toll said she was surprised to hear that she had been selected as an award recipient.
"I was surprised I was even nominated, so actually receiving it was an even bigger surprise," she said.
"I've always had no confidence when it came to my work, I always second guessed myself, so being nominated and then actually winning has really helped with that."
Miss Pearson-Toll said she decided to begin her studies through TAFE as she had been unhappy at high school.
"I ended up leaving high school, but wanted to continue my education so I decided to do the year 10 equivalent through TAFE," she said.
"I then went on to do year 11 and 12 equivalent (tertiary Preparation).
"I am glad I made that decision as it was a better environment for me and I was much happier."
