The 31-year-old's story will feature in a segment called On Track during the second season of Fearless.
Ms Eves, who was injured in a catastrophic car accident in 2016, is now on the journey to rebuilding her life as a sprinter.
One her way to compete in a triathlon, Ms Eves broke her neck in the incident, with doctors saying 'don't be surprised if you never walk again'.
The more Ms Eves heard the words 'won't', the more determined she became.
Her determination is now part of the six short films that make up Fearless: Season 2, which aims to shine a spotlight on people living with disability.
Not-for-profit organisations Feros Care and Screenworks partnered together for the life-changing project after the success of the inaugural season of Fearless, which shared the captivating stories of nine seniors aged 75 and older.
Feros Care CEO Jennene Buckley said the disability and aged care services provider was committed to challenging society's perceptions of disability.

"In a world where people with disability often fail to have their voices heard on screen, Fearless - Season 2 will introduce audiences to six remarkable people who are not only living full, bold and meaningful lives but inspiring others," she said.
"Each film explores how our new friends have not been held back or defined by their disability and instead shown a fearlessness that has shaped their approach to life.
The short films have been created by filmmakers who live and work in regional Australia under the guidance of supervising producer Jenni Wilks,
The season will premiere on Thursday, December 3, coinciding with International Day of People with Disability 2020.
