Elders has got behind the social media phenomenon started by Grace Brennan from her Warren district property 13 months ago.
The company confirmed it is funding a headquarters for Buy From The Bush at The Exchange, in the centre of Dubbo.
It's another milestone for Buy From The Bush, which last month launched an online marketplace with its first official sponsor PayPal.
Dubbo and Orana region store owners are among those who credit the brainchild of Mrs Brennan as a lifeline to their businesses, and analysis from AlphaBeta showed in its first four months the movement generated $5 million in sales for featured businesses.
Mrs Brennan said they had been looking for "a larger space for some time".
"It is no secret that the Christmas period is an important one for many small businesses and we want to make sure we can support that time as best we can from our Dubbo base," she said.

"When we discussed the move to a new working space at The Exchange with the Elders team it was very exciting to have their backing.
"Elders have been a part of rural communities for generations.
"They share our goal to support sustainable business growth in those areas."
Mrs Brennan and her team have already begun settling into the new office in Dubbo, with activity rapidly growing in the lead-up to a busy Christmas period.
Also working out of Dubbo is Elders NSW State general manager Ryan Robinson, who was able to visit the new space and see the impact a dedicated office has made on the Buy From The Bush movement.
"Supporting an initiative like Buy From The Bush was a clear choice for Elders," Mr Robinson said.
"Our people not only live in rural areas, they are a genuine part of each community.
"To have seen the difference Buy From The Bush has made to those communities and the positive changes that have come about because of it, we were very pleased to be able to give back in this way."
