Residents of Eulomogo Road and Railway Lane say they have had enough of illegal dumping, reckless driving and party-goers which have been using Milles Quarry as grounds to "wreak havoc".

Residents from multiple homes in the area, who have asked to remain anonymous for their own safety, say they are constantly having to deal with people dumping unwanted goods at the quarry, "hoons" who "fly along the roads" and go four-wheel driving at "all hours of the night", and party-goers who use the quarry to host raves.
"I've had a four-wheel-drive go through my brand new $10,000 fence. We have cars and motorbikes hooning around at ridiculous speeds, we get people out here shooting, and then we have people using the quarry to hold raves, sometimes until 3 am," one resident reported.
"Not long ago there was a rave there and they lit a car on fire.
"Next minute three four-wheel drives sped off. The driver of one of them looked as though he was off his head."
Another resident said the quarry has been a "local dumping site for years".
"Rubbish ranges from lounges, mattresses, bathroom renovation waste, motor vehicles, bottles and a range of plastics," she said.
Dubbo Regional Council director development and environment Stephen Wallace said the council had been made aware of illegal dumping occurring in a "nature reserve near Wongarbon" and were waiting for confirmation from the Environmental Protection Agency regarding funding to put in place more stringent preventative measures at this site, as well as other locations within the local government area.

"Council rangers attended the site and carried out a thorough search of the area, gathered evidence, and documented all rubbish and items of interest," Mr Wallace said.
"As a result, several people have now been identified and council is further investigating this matter. Council cannot comment further on an ongoing investigation."
Residents are being asked to report suspicious behaviour to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Council also offers a $2,500 reward for information leading to a conviction of a person who has committed wilful damage to, or theft of, council property.
Council also has the authority to issue fines and send a bill to those responsible for the cost of the clean-up.
