Barber took 5/21 and led the way as the Tigers knocked Rugby over for just 84 in the third grade competition.
The Tigers head earlier posted a commanding 8/206, with Craig Pettit the top-scorer with 61.
Rugby never got going in the chase and Barber ripped through the middle order to help secure a 122-run win.
A dominant opening partnership led CYMS White to a second win and top spot at Lady Cutler South A.
After RSL-Colts was knocked over for 142 the CYMS openers Nigel Bourke and Peter Hyde sent their team on the way to victory.
The pair added 106 for the first wicket before Burke fell for a rapid 51. Hyde then finished unbeaten on 69 in the convincing nine-wicket victory.
Macquarie was overcome a Paul Suckling-inspired CYMS Green to score a win on Saturday.
Suckling top-scored in his side's total of 106 with 27 before taking 4-31 with the ball but it wasn't enough against a consistent all-round Macquarie effort.
Each of the five Blues bowlers used took a wicket before the battling lineup reached the total with three wickets to spare.
Newtown Demons made it two-from-two to start the season when defeating South Dubbo Lemons.
The Demons were in trouble at 4/27 at one point early on but were able to rally, thanks largely to Gary Finlay (32), and post 142.
Jeff Shanks made 38 in reply for the Lemons but that was the only meaningful score as they were knocked over for 102.
Lloyd Chikari and Eric Woolnough took three wickets each for the victors.
The final match of the round saw South Dubbo Limes defeat Newtown Rhinos.
The Rhinos had begun well and a handy all-round performance from the bowling attack, which had seven different bowlers taking wickets, resulted in the Limes being knocked over for 123.
Mark O'Donnell's 28 got Limes to a competitive total and it proved enough as the Rhinos were dismissed for 99.
RSL-PINNINGTON CUP
A sensational all-round showing from Josh Smith fired RSL-Colts Red to an entertaining RSL-Pinnington Cup victory over Newtown on Saturday.
Smith took 5/26 from 7.2 overs with his spin at Lady Cutler 3 to knock Newtown over for 140 after the Tigers had won the toss and opted to bat.
The experienced Smith then made 93 not out to guide his side to a narrow three wicket win.
He might have fallen short of the century but Smith still ensured his side reached the target with 12 balls to spare.
Rupert Backus also took four wickets for Colts Red while Greg Kerr made 56 in a beaten Newtown side.
In other games on Saturday, CYMS was comfortable winners over Macquarie, Rugby defeated South Dubbo United, and South Dubbo scored a strong win over RSL-Colts White.
Riley Keen (72) and Wes Giddings (52 not out) had led Colts White to an imposing 8/218 but it proved not enough.
Ted Murray (57) and Dale O'Donnell (52 not out) then combined to secure a thrilling five-wicket win.
Ryan George (3/32) also contributed for Souths.
In the CYMS win, Heath Larance's 64 led CYMS to 156 and then Macquarie was knocked over for 83.
Rugby's opening bowlers Nicholas Whitlock and Tom Mitchell were key in their side's win.
They took three wickets each to knock South Dubbo United over for 129 in response to Rugby's 9/146.
