Although the brothers aren't new to performing side-by-side, the pair will get to share one of their favourite on-stage moments together during the show.
"Its really cool, we get to share a really cool moment together, one of my favourite on stage," Anthony said.
"Mine too. We're very lucky, although we are brothers, we're best friends, so we have the ability to laugh and hang out during the day and then perform at night," Charlie said.
"There's always that irritating little brother side of him though."
Anthony said the show was something he didn't believe Australia had ever seen before.
"It is its own beast, we're excited to unleash the show on 600 women and men each night," he said.
"It's a whole experience in itself, once you step into that tent it's like you're in a different world. We want to make people forget about their lives for the night and we want everyone to feel like they're a part of the show. The energy is vibrant and there's more to it than just dancing and abs.
"There's plenty of that, but so much more."
With COVID-19 lockdowns earlier this year the duo came back home to Australia and are currently based in Sydney where they are teaching dance classes.
"After COVID-19 hit we made the decision to come back and set up residence in Australia to be closer to family," Anthony said.
"Like everyone else we were just taking the punches as they came, as artists it was particularly hard, but, I personally found a few other artistic ways to stay motivated and passionate."
Anthony said, coming from Dubbo, although rural kids don't always have the 'top access', what they did have was "incredible drive".
"Some people underestimate rural kids because we don't always have top access, but we go searching for them. Anthony and I both kept searching for them," Charlie said.
"If you really love something, don't stop doing it."
The pair also scored spots on the production for other Australian dancers after recommending them to Channing.
Channing said the production of Magic Mike Live took a few years to come together and was sure to "blow your mind".
The production is at The Arcadia in Sydney with the first show set for Thursday, December 17.
