The films were completed voluntarily by year 10 and 11 students during two sessions hosted by Mrs Clearly, who also wrote the scripts, and featured students from Buninyong Public School.
"The message we wanted to get out there first and foremost is that even superheroes need mental health day sometimes" Mrs Cleary said.
"Mental health is something we all go through, it's not something that should be kept quiet, it's normal and it's more prominent than we realise."

The films will be posted to social media platforms on Thursday, which is Even Superheroes Need a Mental Health Day.
The day runs annually in Mental Health Month.
Mrs Brennan said the films largely focus on informing children.
Mrs Clearly said the students were amazing to work with.
"The ideas they ran with and the suggestions were just amazing. It was our idea, but they really adapted them as their own, they made it better than it had been," she said.
Mrs Brennan said the kids from Buninyong demonstrated strategies in the films and were critical in the process.
"It's important to realise that we need to learn to connect with our minds and bodies, so some of these calming and circulating strategies, belly breathing, kids should be doing these things, just on a daily basis," Mrs Cleary said.
"They're just great strategies everyone should be using," Mrs Brennan said.
Mrs Cleary said the films are a much see for all ages as they were also hilarious.
The films will be sent to schools as well as posted on the Even Superheroes Need A Mental Health Day Sometimes Facebook page on Thursday at 7am.
