According to police facts 22-year-old Trae Brandon Hazell, 30-year-old Joshua Luke Crowe and a woman met at McDonald's on Cobra Street about 11am on August 11 before heading to Parkes.

Go Pro footage attached to Mr Crowe's helmet revealed the trio to reach speeds of 140km/h on their motorbikes along the Newell Highway.

At one point the woman is shown travelling at 110km/h with her hands raised in the air.

Mr Hazell, who according to court documents had only held his learner motorbike licence for three months, was videoed riding ahead of the other two riders, who were then captured attempting to catch up to him at speeds of more than 150km/h.

Footage, according to the facts, continues to show the two men travelling in the same lane next to each other travelling at 110km/h, while the woman is captured riding between them, almost colliding with them.

Facts state the trio slowed down to the speed limit when they saw other vehicles.

Footage shows Mr Hazell, who again according to court documents was revealed to have an appalling traffic record, holding up his fingers and counting down as he took part in a street race with Mr Crowe between Dubbo and Tomingley.

After the three arrived in Parkes, they attend a coffee shop before returning to Dubbo via Yeoval.

Along the Renshaw McGuire Way the trio continue to race and reach speeds of up to 200km/h, despite a posted speed limit of 100km/h.

At about 1.50pm the female driver lost control of the motorbike and collided with the railing on the side of the road.

She was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital with life-threatening injuries, which it is understood she is recovering from.

Police believe speed was a major factor in in the crash and investigations continue.

The woman has not been charged, however Mr Hazell and Mr Crowe pleaded guilty to one count of dangerous driving and one count of taking part in a race between vehicles at Dubbo Local Court.

Both men will return to court in November where they're expected to be sentenced.
