About 7pm on Friday officers attached to the Orana Mid-Western Police District received reports a man and a woman, aged 20 and 18, were hit by a vehicle at Narromine.
Police were told an altercation occurred between the occupants of two vehicles travelling on Tantitha Road near Narromine.

It is alleged the vehicles stopped in a laneway located off Cathundril Street when the occupants of one vehicle, were hit by the second vehicle.
The pair were treated by Ambulance NSW personnel before being taken to Dubbo Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
A crime scene was established and investigations are ongoing.
