That was how new South Dubbo captain Angus Norton summarised his opinion on his side's emphatic round one victory over Rugby Cricket Club on the weekend.
"We played really well as a team, we talked before the game about our batting and Greg [Rummans] and Josh [Williams] just really started us off well," Norton said.
The early partnership between Rummans and Ferret, as Williams is known, provided ample room to build, with Rummans providing a half century and then some with 59 early runs and Williams adding the extras with 28.

Rummans, for his part, stayed humble about his contribution, but was content with what his side offered in response to a committed and dangerous Rugby bowling outfit.
"Norton and Ferret both did well early, it wasn't real easy going, there was a fair bit happening for the bowlers early," Rummans said.
"It was very scratchy for me, a little embarrassing at times, but that's what happens when you don't put enough into the pre-season."
Whatever woes appeared early were dealt with in style but Norton himself and former captain Adam Wells, who both stepped up to replace the early partnership and provide another solid offering.
Norton chucked up another half century with 66, while Wells helped draw the total off even further than Rugby could follow with a steady 35.
An extra seven runs from Mick Doughan rounded out the offering, placing South Dubbo as the highest scoring team of the opening round on 222/4.
While Roland O'Connor went for a duck in the opening of Rugby's batting response, both Ben Wheeler (53) and Jacob Hill (65) were able to contribute with the willow, with both putting up half centuries and Hill lasting the distance after Wheeler was caught out by Wells.
While the success didn't last for Rugby after that, with an uneven tail not able to claw back the full distance between the two sides, they were able to reach 188/6 by the end of their innings.
Despite the early jitters, both Norton and Rummans were impressed with the side's young guns, with Norton praising the energy of Lachlan Rummans and Ryan Boland.
Rummans, no stranger to mentoring the junior players in the region, was likewise impressed.
"They're good enough, it's just a question of whether or not they believe they're good enough," Rummans said.
"We've got probably half a dozen really good young players, we just need them to believe and that always takes a bit of time, especially in a first grade side."
