Case IH dealership Three Rivers Machinery is preparing to expand its presence into Gilgandra and Narromine.
Owners John and Bronwyn Plunkett have worked hard to bring the goal to fruition, with the long-term strategy to expand their business beyond the Warren area.
Three Rivers opened in 2001, continuing a link to town, with Mr Plunkett's family operating businesses there for more than 125 years.
After almost 37 years as a key member of the town's business and agricultural community and on the cusp of growing from one dealership to three, he said it was a vital step in the long-term sustainability of Three Rivers.
"You have to keep growing in any industry, particularly agriculture where the environment changes so rapidly - if you're not continually evolving, then the industry just overtakes you," he said.
The expansion plans run parallel to decent rain in the past six months that has relieved the crippling drought conditions of the past three years.
The team will grow by 2.5 times its current size immediately, with plenty of opportunity for growth across all parts, sales, service and administration departments, Mr Plunkett said.
"As with all successful businesses, the key to true success is our people," he said.
"The management team based in Warren that will join with Narromine and Gilgandra management are a highly-skilled and experienced group of young professionals."
