Mr Clarke was involved in a single-vehicle incident on Brisbane Street on Friday afternoon after suffering from a stroke whilst driving.
He was declared brain dead the following day and life support was turned off shortly after.
A GoFundMe Page has since been created by friend and colleague Courtenay Ley to help provide Mr Clarke's children and wife with the much needed funds for his funeral.
Miss Ley said she created the page in honor of Mr Clarke, as she couldn't think of a better way to do so other than to ensure his family is being taken care of.
"He would have wanted his family to be cared for," she said.
"Jeremy was the family's sole provider, so the family are not only grieving the loss of their partner and father, but also [struggling with] the loss of income."
The page has garnered more than $6,000 in the 24-hours since it was published.
Miss Ley said the support from the Dubbo community shows the family just how much Mr Clarke meant to so many people.
"He was a little man with a big heart," Miss Ley said.
"He would have been blown away by the support.
"He always thought of himself as a bit of a loner, he had no idea how valued and loved he was by everyone."
Miss Ley said Mr Clarke gave a lot to the community, so it was only fair that they now give back to him.
Mr Clarke's loved ones are also asking anyone with EH ute parts, which they no longer want, to kindly donate them.
Family and friends plan to rebuild Mr Clarkes beloved EH ute which was damaged during the crash.
The ute was a Christmas Present from Mr Clarke's boss and had been his 'pride and joy' since he received it.
The parts can be dropped off at Mid-west Auto Dismantlers.
Donations to the Clarke family to help with burial expenses can be made via the GoFunMe Page at https://gf.me/u/y2pay6.
