Since opening the store has been 'flat out' with customers.
Some eager customers even lined up outside of the store early on Saturday.
Mayor of the Dubbo region Ben Shields met with store owner and Bernardi group founder Tony Bernardi for the occasion.
Kelly North and her son Chance were the very first to step foot into the store and said their experience shopping at Ten Tops was not one of disappointment.
The opening of the store has provided 20 new jobs to Dubbo residents.
