Homicide Squad detectives arrested a 34-year-old woman at a car park at Summer Street, Orange, about 10am on Thursday.
A search warrant was subsequently executed at a home at Orange, where detectives seized a number of items relevant to the investigation.

The woman was taken to Orange Police Station and charged with accessory after the fact to murder, participate criminal group contribute criminal activity, and possess unauthorised firearm.
Following further investigations, a 37-year-old man was also arrested at Orange Police Station about 7.45pm on Thursday.
He was charged with murder and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Both were refused bail to appear before Orange Local Court on Friday.
Bandidos outlaw motorcycle gang central west chapter president, Shane De Britt was found dead at a property at Eurimbla, about 50km south of Wellington.
The State Crime Command's Homicide Squad, assisted by Criminal Groups Squad and Orana Mid-Western Police District detectives, began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's death under Strike Force Kerrison.
So far during the investigation, strike force detectives have arrested four men - aged 58, 39, 38 and 22 over their alleged roles in the shooting murder and remain before the courts.
Investigations under Strike Force Kerrison continue.
