Wotif managing director Daniel Finch said the spring holidays were the perfect time for families to enjoy a much needed break.
"With so many unique family friendly experiences on offer and Dubbo's friendly hospitality, it comes as no surprise it's one of the most popular spring school holiday destinations, as families across the state look to getaway and spend some quality time together."
Dubbo is the only western town on the list, following Sydney, Byron Bay, the Hunter Valley, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Port Stephens and the Northern Rivers. Rounding out the top 10 are Newcastle and Wollongong.
