DMAHG director and STEPtember participant Dr Sunil Jacob has revealed how they reach their daily goal.

"As office workers, we average 6000 steps per day but for this month of September, my team members and myself do lunchtime speed walks around town to get to 10,000 steps per day," he said.
On Friday the DMAHG teams had raised $3400.
Donations can be made at www.steptember.org.au .
"You can look for your favourite clinician and see how we're doing on www.steptember.org.au ," Dr Jacob said.
"Every step we take and every dollar we raise will support people living with cerebral palsy."
Money collected during STEPtember pays for research, equipment, therapy and other services.
Dr Jacob said it was the first time that DMAHG had taken part in STEPtember.
"It is a good initiative promoting a great charity, staff interaction and a healthy habit," he said.
The DMAHG teams include "a good mix" of GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, nurses and receptionists.
