Mr Adams made the announcement on their facebook page on Monday evening, saying the decision had been made 'due to circumstances beyond his control'.
For this business, it's been one thing after another.
First it was the withdrawal of General Motors Holden from the Australian market.
Then it was changes introduced by Honda to the dealer arrangement.
And thirdly it has been the ongoing affects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Consequently, I have been forced into a position that the only option available to me, regrettably, is to close Golden West Automotive effective on the 31st October 2020," Mr Adams said in the statement.
Not one of these things could have been controlled locally, but all of them have lead to the closure of this great business.
It's not the first business to announce closure in the past few months, and we are sure it wont be the last.
It's another that has felt the affects of the current market, and is unable to continue serving out community.
It's also a timely reminder that while some things are beyond our control, we should do what is within our control to help local businesses.
And that means where we can, shopping locally and supporting those businesses that employ locally as well.
It's another flow on effect that we need to look at, and one we can all do something about.
Supporting locally means assisting local employees and employers which leads to flow on effects that help businesses keep their doors open. It's a tough time at the moment, and we've reported on several businesses have to either close or move online in the past few months.
We just all need to do our bit in anyway we can.
