After winning their respective pools, Forbes and Bathurst St Pat's were expected to get through the weekend's challenge and while they were both tested at times the quality within the same came to the fire when needed.
For Dubbo CYMS and Parkes, they produced some of the best football when it mattered.
MATCH REPORTS:
Dubbo CYMS downed Orange CYMS and produced some scintillating rugby league at times while Parkes downed northern pool champions Macquarie in what was easily the match of the round.
The Spacemen got the job done in a golden point thriller to book a blockbuster semi-final date with rivals Forbes.
CYMS will meet St Pat's in the other.
