The first event was held in July, after having to be pushed back due to COVID-19, but since the easing of restrictions organisers are again able to host the well received event.
Organiser Anna Demasi said the first markets in July did the right thing in regards to adhering to COVID-19 regulations.
"It was great all round and very well received,' she said.
Now that the community has an understanding of what the markets are all about, Ms Demasi is hoping for similar numbers this Saturday.
"I hope so, now that people know what it's about we would get that kind of reaction again," she said.
"Because people are so used to being at home, it's good to get out, get in the fresh air. It's nice to know we can still do somewhat normal things."

There will be a mixture of local and visiting stall holders at the September 18 event, and Ms Demasi said that was to support Dubbo vendors and give the community a taste of something new.
"I like to give a variety of different food that Dubbo doesn't necessarily have," she explained.
Two of the most popular foods from the July markets were the slovaki wraps and gozleme.
"This time we've got a couple of different vendors, with bao buns, a burger truck coming and loaded hotdogs," Ms Demasi said.
Ms Demasi said people understand that living among COVID-19 and the rules and regulations are a part of life now.
"We're learning to live with it. Everyone was very scared before... it was the unknown... but I think everyone is a lot more open to coming out and having a good time," she explained.
With COVID-19, it was hard for Ms Demasi to say when the next Foodies Market would be held in Dubbo.
"We' still plan day by day. We would ideally love ot be in Dubbo every two months, but we just have to see how things go," she explained.
"But things are definitely starting easing off, so I don't see why we shouldn't be back."
The Foodies Markets in Dubbo will be held at the Dubbo Showground on September 19 from 11am to 6pm.
