Justine Campbell and Monica Henley started the Agency Central West NSW earlier this year with the aim of bringing together highly experienced people within the real estate industry.
They have been operating out of The Exchange Co. at Dubbo for the past few months and will later this month launch the first of three Regional Women in Real Estate Sundowner Series.
All of event's guest speakers include a range of metropolitan and regional women, excelling in their career.
"It's about collaborating, networking and being inspired by these incredible regional and metro women that are just excellent in their industry," Ms Campbell said.

President of the REINSW will speak at the launch of the bi-monthly event on September 17, together with Maliaka Mfula, who is the program manager at The Exchange and manager of the Seats for the Brave initiative.
"We want women to get together and be inspired while sharing stories," Ms Campbell said.
"The momentum we have had already has been incredible, which is why we've booked four sessions.
Ms Campbell said interest in regional real estate has had a huge increase since COVID-19, with interest coming from the central coast and even into Queensland.
"We know remote working can work now because of COVID, so the upside is people are looking at living in regional areas with a whole new light, the price of properties compared to capital cities," she explained.
The second series will be on November 19.
While the 2021 events will be held firstly on February 18 and then on April 15.
