There might have been less games played on the weekend but there wasn't any less drama or entertainment.

The Wellington Cowboys were the big winners of the northern pool despite not kicking a ball.
The Cowboys received a forfeit from the Mudgee Dragons and moved up to top spot after Macquarie and CYMS fought out a thrilling 14-all draw in the Dubbo derby.
A try in the final few minutes got the Raiders within two points and then Kaiden Hill's conversion secured a draw.
"I'm feeling pretty happy after that," Hill said of the kick.
"The wind wasn't too strong. I just had to take my time, kept my eye on the ball and hope for the best, really, it just happened to go through."

There remains just three points between the three sides heading into the final two rounds of the regular season.
Top spot goes on the line next weekend again when the Cowboys and Raiders meet in another blockbuster while Mudgee will hope to return to the field for a meeting with CYMS.
While all three of the sides are likely to play finals top spot will be vital in order to avoid some of the heavyweights of the southern and eastern pools.
In the southern pools, the undefeated Forbes Magpies faced some resistance before getting past the winless Canowindra Tigers while Parkes secured a top two finish by defeating Cowra.
The snow and icy conditions forced all eastern pool matches to be cancelled on the weekend.
A decision on whether they will be replayed or given as drawn results will be made in the coming days.
