More than 3.5 years ago, when he was just nine years old Mitchell Glynn was watching television when an ad appeared featuring a boy whose only wish for Christmas to have hair.
That got Mitchell thinking, and he asked his dad how the boy would get his hair.
They did some research and found out that people could grow their own hair and then donate it to be made into a wig.
And that's exactly what nine-year-old Mitchell decided to do.
For the past 3.5 years he has been growing his hair so children like the boy in the TV commercial could have their own.
To meet the requirements Mitchell's hair had to be at least 35.5cm long, and it couldn't have any dye in it for at least 12 months.
We reckon it's an impressive thing for a nine-year-old to work towards.
So thumbs up Mitchell!
