The Western Youth League's northern pool is looking too close to call with just four rounds remaining.
Wellingtown downed Macquarie in an entertaining clash at Apex Oval on Sunday while at Mudgee the young CYMS side was getting back to winning ways.
There's just five points between the top side and bottom heading into another bumper weekend.

On Sunday key men for the winning time delivered with Rylee Blackhall putting on a show for the Cowboys while Noah Ryan bagged a hat-trick for CYMS.
"Noah was tremendous," coach Bret Fisher said.
"He scored three and every time he had the ball he opened them up."
Elsewhere, Forbes' dominance of the southern pool continued while Orange Hawks boosted its chance of a top two finish by winning a low-scoring affair in near freezing conditions.
