Pink Angels event organiser Brittany Sultana said the idea came about after several discussions about how they can get back into fundraising with COVID-19 restrictions at hand.
"We decided on a trivia night as it adheres to current restrictions," she said.
"We thought this suited perfectly for groups to be able to join in, sit and catch up with their friends/family at the table and still enjoy plenty of laughs and fun throughout the night, all from a safe, socially distant seat.
We have been lucky enough to lock in Dubbo RSL Club Auditorium for Saturday, October 24." Miss Sultana said the event means a lot to to the Pink Angels.
"Like many charities Pink Angels has been largely affected, as we do not have the opportunity to have fundraising events," she said.
"We are so appreciative of the continued support from the community as it enables us to be able to continue doing what we do best for these beautiful ladies affected.
"When the world stops for COVID-19, Cancer does not follow. We are still seeing a number of referrals from the Breast Cancer nurses monthly.
"Having money from an event like this gives the Pink Angels comfort in knowing we can continue to care for each and every patient referred to us."
