Those were the words of a pumped Emus' number eight on Thursday as Scotty McLean and the rest of the in-form forward pack is reaping the benefits of a deep bench that's boosted the squad massively throughout the side's 3-0 start to the Blowes Clothing Cup.
The men in green enjoyed a big contribution from its bench players during a 50-10 win over Orange City in round three and McLean says the coaching staff and senior players have helped set up a culture where losing isn't an option.
"This is Pete Bromley's second year coaching and he's starting to get comfortable," McLean said.
"We've also got guys Nigel [Staniforth] who make it really easy for the newer players and explain things really well.
"If the side's winning, it's easier for these new guys to come in and play good footy as well. It's been a seamless transition for a lot of these new guys."
And quality rugby is what Emus will need to continue to produce as they host the undefeated Dubbo Kangaroos on Saturday.
The Roos opened their account with a win over Bathurst Bulldogs and followed it up with a gutsy effort over Orange City in round two.
The away side enjoyed a bye last weekend and McLean expects it to be primed for a slugfest on Saturday.
"It's going to be a good test for us," he said.
"Dubbo's been playing some good footy and that's really been building over the last couple of years."
Kick-off is 3.15pm.
