Tonnes of rubbish are thrown out each year through the free service.
It will start with Wellington, Geurie and the surrounding villages on Monday, October 19.
The kerbside clean-up is available to residents within the two or three bin service area.
In Dubbo, urban zone one - which is east of the Macquarie River and north of the Dubbo to Sydney railway line - will be the fist to receive the service.

The bulky waste needs to be out by Sunday, October 25.
Those who live west of the Macquarie River in urban zone two are next on the list. The bulky rubbish needs to be put out by Sunday, November 1.
Urban zone three residents - south of the Dubbo to Sydney railway line and to the east of the Dubbo to Molong railway line - need to have their rubbish outside by Sunday, November 8.
Residents who live south of the Dubbo to Sydney railway line and west of the Dubbo to Molong railway line need to be ready by Sunday, November 15.
The final collection will be the rural zone, which incorporates those outside Dubbo's 50 kilometres per hour speed zone. The bulky waste for rural residents needs to be out by Sunday, November 22.
The rubbish should not be put outside more than one week before the collection date. It should also be no larger than about one box trailer load.
