In the past year social media has been used to dub all rude, obnoxious middle-aged white women as "a Karen", and the name has been used ever since, in a derogatory manner, to insult people who speak out or act in an unpopular way.
CSC manager Errin Williamson said they've already given away free drinks to more than 50 Karen's in Dubbo since they started late last week.
"We even had two customers named Karen come in together and enjoy a glass of wine with each other," Miss Williamson said.
The drive aims to take make light of the not so light Karen trend.
"We wanted to do something nice to try and lighten the mood and make people smile," Miss Williamson said.
"We also wanted to try and remove the negative connotation that has been attached to the name Karen in recent times.
"We all know a nice Karen- not all Karens are a Karen, and we definitely all know people whose name isn't Karen whose a bit of Karen."
Miss Williamson was inspired to create the drive as a 'bit of a joke' after her friend suggested they do something.
"My friend, who owns a pub in Newcastle, suggested to me that we do something," she said.
"We had seen the memes online and thought, wow, this is getting a bit funny," she said.
Mrs Williamson said the drive for Karens is also just another way that CSC can spread kindness and connect with the community.
"CSC is a very community based cafe and we aim to be all inclusive and provide a happy atmosphere for all to enjoy," she said.
"And it's just nice as well, to be able to do something for others and give people free things, especially now given the current climate due to COVID-19.

"It's hard going out there at the moment- for everyone- everyone's doing it tough. It feels like the whole world is going through a bit of a trauma and we all need to be just a little more nicer to one another."
Miss Williamson said the drive will most likely run until the end of August and is a one-time-thing, although the cafe will no doubt do other drives of passion in the future.
"If your name is Karen, show us your photo ID and we will give you one coffee, wine or beer on us with any food purchase."
All Karen's who visit CSC will also go into a draw to win a CSC pamper kit which includes a candle, wine, bath salts, a keep cup and a CSC Voucher.
