"Life is short, let's enjoy the journey, laugh, giggle, and be kind to others along the way," Miss Job said.
Miss Job implemented Fun Fridays, a day in which she dresses up as a fictional character or real-life icon, in a bid to continue a family tradition.
"It's been something I've wanted to initiate for years," she said.
"My mum and both of my aunties were hairdressers and they too had salon dress up days back in the 80s. I loved hearing their stories and I wanted to recreate that.

"Taking my own salon early this year has provided the freedom to do just that.
"Plus, if I can make just one person smile or laugh, I'm satisfied.
"In the current climate with COVID-19, we need to see more smiles"
Miss Job said dressing up has also proved to be a 'fabulous talking point'.
"My salon gets a lot of foot action, patrons entering the RSL club and gym goers heading in who stop and wave or give me a thumbs up," she said.
"One kind gentleman even popped his head in the door and said thank you. He appreciated the humour."
Superior Style Hair is situated within the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club, so it's not only Miss Jobs clients that get to enjoy her weekly looks.
Miss Job engages with her clientele via her Facebook page, Molly Job Hairdressing located at Superior Style Hair Dubbo RSL, to establish which look she will do next.
Her most recent look was Kath Day Knight, a fictional character featured in the Australian television series Kath and Kim.
"Last week I ran a poll between Kath Day Knight or Carole Baskin," she said.
"It appears a lot of clients wanted to see Kath Day Knight in the salon, and yes, Kath was a strong contender on the recommendations poll as to what I should dress up as next, which is great for me as I secretly love wearing velour.
"A Fanny pack is also super handy in the salon too as I can keep bits and bobs in it."
