The event management company from Canberra was appointed to organise the 2019 and 2020 festivals.
The 2020 event has since been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic and restriction placed on people gathering in large numbers.
In a statement released by Trundle ABBA Festival Inc, it confirmed the town of Trundle is "firmly planted in the DNA of this event and will continue to be".
Trundle ABBA Festival Inc is reviewing how the event will be managed and delivered going forward.
"Trundle ABBA Festival Inc is taking this COVID downtime to plan the pathway ahead for this popular Parkes Shire event," the statement said.
"Trundle ABBA Festival Inc acknowledges Executive Event Solutions and associated event stakeholders for their work at the helm of the festival over the past two years and wishes them the best with their future event endeavours."
Gary Crowley from Trundle ABBA Festival Inc said the plan for the 2021 festival is to take place on the first Saturday in May as it has in the past.
"We are planning to go ahead next year if we can," he said.
"And we have tentatively booked in Bjorn Again, who are based in Melbourne and are our headline act every year.
"They're keen but they fully understand the situation."
The Trundle ABBA Festival Inc would like to thank everyone for their patience at this time and will continue to communicate with its "ABBA-solutely loyal fans and supporters" as plans progress for future ABBA festivals.
