Dean Mirfin's three-year-old Poet's Voice gelding took a liking to the wet in a win last preparation at Dubbo, and he aims to do the same for the Bathurst trainer at his home track in the Erins Quality Outdoor Power Centre Class 1 Handicap (1,408 metres).
Jeteye's maiden win at Dubbo in March would be his last start for trainer Gwenda Markwell before the Superhorse syndicate behind him decided to make the switch out to the Bathurst stables.
It's been a tricky start to Bathurst life for Jeteye who ran a fair sixth upon his return to Dubbo before running a distant second last at the same track.

Mirfin said a change of gear and a bit of wet weather might be just what he needs to score that second career win.
"He didn't get the run in the race that I was hoping he could get in those last two starts. He got behind other horses and pulled very hard.
"We've done a gear change on the horse. We thought he might have been getting his tongue over the bit so we've applied a tongue tie and taken the blinkers off him because he might have been over racing with them on.
"Hopefully that will relax him a little and hopefully we can ride him in a more forward position from now on."
Mirfin also has Hibern in the event while Dubbo trainer Connie Greig's pair Get Up Alby and Cat Walk Queen are emergencies for the race, along with Precious Arli from the Wellington stables of Jim McMillan.
Greig will also have Dirty Digby and Naoko in the JB Civil Concreting Benchmark 58 Handicap (1408m) alongside another Dubbo hope, the Dar Lunn-trained Zoutenant.
