Devil's Hollow Brewery has the essential ingredient for Indie Beer Day on Saturday.
Its doors will be open and it's encouraging people to take part in a nationwide toast to "indie beer" and the industry at 7pm.
An initiative of the Independent Brewers Association (IBA), its aim is to celebrate the resilience of small- and medium-sized, Australian-owned breweries after some hard knocks.
The Devil's Hollow event will also feature live music with Mat Harris, and some free tours.
Devil's Hollow Brewery opened 12 months ago, bringing to fruition the dream of four Dubbo friends to found a brewery.
The IBA reports two-thirds of breweries are in regional areas and "supporting indie" means your money stays in the country to support communities and families.
