Lil Bluebird Art is run by Jo Quinn and her husband Jed Ford.
The self-taught resin artist is passionate about teaching others the right way to create the works, all while using Australian products.
"Technically it's easy, but that's if you know all of the ins and outs," she said.
They offer two different workshops, first the basic session where participants create items such as cheeseboards, and an in-depth one.
The course at Dubbo offers the in-depth session and the next workshop is being held on August 29.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
Ms Quinn said interest for the local workshop is going really well.
"They are always super popular. We get a really good range of participants from the true artists through to a guy down the road who has a slab and wants to do something creative," she said.
The owners of Lil Bluebird Art are also looking at holding a fluid workshop in the future at Dubbo.
Ms Quinn gave a special mention to the generous support and facilities of Dubbo's BCG Buildings and Kitchens who allow them to utilise space to hold the workshops
