Starting this month, free monthly meditation workshops will be offered in Dubbo and Narromine by experienced practitioners of Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
At Dubbo the free meditation workshop will be held at the Dubbo Pipe Band Hall, corner of Darling and Wingewarra Streets, Dubbo on July 25 from 10:30am to 11:30am.
While in Narromine a similar workshop will be held on July 26 at St. Augustine's Parish Hall, 10 Dandaloo Street, Narromine again starting from 10.30am and running from an hour.
Both the Dubbo and Narromine workshops will continue to be held on the fourth weekend of each month.

Mr Sleeman said the workshop will include an introduction and the experience of peace and relief that comes with self-realisation.
"Suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators, participants will learn how to deal with relentless over-thinking, reduce stress and achieve inner balance," he said.
"There are no strenuous physical exercises, postures or special clothing required and the practice is suitable for all ages and levels of physical fitness.
"Participants will be seated on chairs and the workshops will be conducted in accordance with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines."
