On Tuesday morning Dubbo Regional Council's online drought hub revealed residents used a record low 191 litres (L) per person per day in the week ending June 21.
Data for the week ending June 28 had not yet been posted at www.dubbo.nsw.gov.au/droughthub .
The water consumption target for level three water restrictions is 320L per person per day.

Long-term average rainfall in Dubbo in the month of June is 48.9mm
The heaviest fall was in the 24 hours to 9am June 14 when 16.2mm of rain was collected in the automatic weather station at Dubbo City Regional Airport.
The council has been recording daily water consumption since early November 2019.
The second lowest daily usage occurred in the week ending May 10 when Dubbo residents used 195L per person per day.
In the week ending June 21, Wellington residents used 160L and Geurie residents 121L.
