It's been nice over the past few weekends to see regular events, such as the markets returning to Dubbo.

Both the Farmers Market's and the Rotunda Markets have held their first post-COVID-19 events, and both welcomed large numbers of customers and stall holders.
It's all part of life returning to normal as restrictions ease that little bit more, making things easier for events such as the monthly markets to get up and running once more.
It's been a hard slog for so many people, among them those who have in the past relied on the markets to provide them with a place to sell their wares to the public.
However, while these events are now back up and running we must still remember there are restrictions in place to, hopefully prevent a second-wave.
The easing of restrictions are good for businesses, and good for individual's mental health as well, but it's exactly these reasons that we need to continue to be cautious about our behavior - we can't let the virus come in and take hold while we aren't paying attention.
We don't want a second shut down to occur, nor our community to be effected by this virus any more than it has already.
It's important in saying this to remember the reality is that the pandemic has not passed.
The virus is still spreading.
Just look at Victoria and the recent surge of cases there in the past few days - that could happen in NSW, and it could happen out here. If we aren't aware.
In comparison to other numbers around the world, Australia has fared pretty well in the past few months, but, if we get too complacent this may not remain the case.
Please remember to do the right thing. Distance yourselves from others while out and about, was your hands regularly and if you are feeling unwell please stay home.
It's not hard to do, and by following these restrictions events like the markets will be able to stay around.
