The three probationary officers began their first day on Monday and are already at work as part of the Orana Mid-Western Police detachment.
Member for Dubbo, Dugald Saunders welcomed the three new police officers to the region.
"We have recently seen some high-profile examples of the work done by police attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District, but that work is going on 24/7 all across our electorate," Mr Saunders said.
"These officers walk into a police district that is well-led and is doing wonderful work across a number of key crime areas. Along with their colleagues they will work hard to ensure our communities are safer.
"Each has taken a different path to get here and I thank them for making the brave decision to join the NSW Police Force. I also thank them for making the decision to live and work in our part of the world, and wish them well as they learn about what our region has to offer."
