If so, you may have noticed a few familiar faces and backgrounds when Today Show weatherman Tim Davies did six live crosses from Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
The entire weather team visited the new Waterhole precinct and the new meerkat exhibit which will be officially opened later today.
The visit to Dubbo zoo came about after Destination NSW coordinated with the Today Show to undertake an outback adventure from Sydney to Broken Hill.
The approach was made to Dubbo Regional Council and together with the Zoo we coordinated for a number of weather crossed to showcase attractions and experiences in the region," Dubbo zoo director Steve Hinks said.

It was only about this time three years ago when the Today Show did a live show broadscast at the Dubbo zoo.
Mr Hinks said it was great to have the team back at the zoo again.
"Last time they visited it was raining and it seems they brought the rain again this time," he said.
"The opportunity to share what Dubbo has to offer with the Today Show audience is amazing and will hopefully encourage people to visit regional NSW."
Earlier this month the Dubbo zoo was able to reopen its gates to the public, after being forced to close due to the COVID-19 global health pandemic.
Mr Hinks said since reopening, visitation numbers has been strong and it looks to continue that way going into the upcoming July school holidays.
"We had a really busy June long weekend and have been inundated with inquiries for the upcoming winter school holiday period," he added.
"Our Savannah Cabins and Zoofari Lodge accommodation is already fully booked with only vacancy available at Billabong Camp.
"We are hopeful the school holiday period will be a busy one which will benefit the local economy."
