The federal government finally appear to be on the front foot with regards to opening Australia up so that life in general may return to some form of the 'new normal'.

What that is remains to be seen. Some states are dragging their feet and talk of high court action appears imminent between the federal government and some of the states if they don't relent.

The value of Australian beef over the 2018/2019 fiscal year stood at $1.9 billion for 259,149 tonnes.

Lamb at 79,257 tonnes is knocking on the door of $1 billion in exports.

Our best profile for beef comes from our grass-fed cattle which now in many leading steakhouses and restaurant outsells the grain fed on the menu.

These on-going gains are being achieved even when the American consumer has a deep feeling of patriotism and an imbedded belief that their local grown supplied product is better.
